What is Reflexology and how it may help you?
Reflexology is a science that deals with the principle that there are reflex areas on the feet and hands that correspond to all the glands, organs and parts of the body. It is a unique method of using the thumbs and fingers on these reflex areas.
Reflexology relieves stress and tension, improves nerve and blood supply and promotes the unblocking of nerve impluses and helps nature to normalise.
Reflexology is a holistic therapy. It does not prescribe, diagnose or treat for any specific condition. It is not a beauty treatment or a foot massage. It is totally safe for people of all ages, from babies to the elderly, for pregnant women and those undergoing chemotherapy.

The Treatment - What to expect?
The first session will begin with a health, diet, lifestyle and medical history consultation. I will then explain what reflexology is and examine your feet.
For the treatment you will be reclined in a chair with your footwear removed. Please wear something comfortable.
I use a Reflexology cream which contains Rosemary, Lavender, Geranium and Lemongrass. I also have a Sensitive cream which only contains Mandarin Oil.
